All payments are subject to validation and authorization by the payment provider.


2. CURRENCY

All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout based on your location.

If you are purchasing from another country, your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion fees.

Leoza Pets does not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details.

4. PAYMENT TIMING

Your selected payment method will be charged immediately at checkout once your order is confirmed.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received.


5. REFUNDS

All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take between 3–10 business days after the refund has been issued.
