2. APPLICABILITY

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers made by Leoza Pets and to any distance contract concluded between Leoza Pets and the consumer via this website.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Leoza Pets offers pet-related products including:

Pet supplements
Problem-solving pet products

Pet supplements sold through our website are not intended to replace professional veterinary advice.

4. ORDERS

A purchase agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and payment has been successfully processed.

Leoza Pets reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

suspected fraud
incomplete or incorrect customer details
payment authorization failure

5. PRICES

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise and exclude shipping costs.

Standard shipping costs: €6.95
Free shipping is available for orders over €50.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

6. DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated shipping times:

Europe: 5–9 business days
North America: 7–12 business days
Asia & Oceania: 8–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–18 business days

Total estimated delivery time ranges from 6–18 business days.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 daysof receiving the goods without providing any reason.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, customers have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.

9. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

opened or used pet supplements
hygiene products where the seal has been broken
products that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons once opened

10. LEGAL WARRANTY

Leoza Pets provides the statutory legal warranty of 2 years in accordance with Belgian consumer protection law.

11. LIABILITY

Leoza Pets shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of its products.

Pet supplements must be used according to the instructions provided and are not intended as a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

All agreements are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
