This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed through www.leozapets.com worldwide.


1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU COMPLIANT)

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return the product by contacting us at:

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.


2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be intact

  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, or wear

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Returns must always be requested and approved by contacting our customer support team before shipping the item back.


3. RETURN COSTS

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item received is defective or incorrect, Leoza Pets will cover the cost of return shipping.

Leoza Pets cannot be held responsible for items returned without prior approval or sent to an incorrect address.


5. REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will offer a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping costs if necessary.


7. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.


8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Pet supplements

  • Hygiene-related pet care products

  • Any product that cannot be returned due to health protection reasons
